The Manufacturing Team

Examples of key problems the team is working on:

• Scale a manufacturing engine that outgrows the industry's pace. Grow capacity and capability across the full production process, so the team can take on more products and higher volume faster than anyone else builds.
• Build the ecosystem that ships gigawatts of infrastructure a year. You'll build and operate the full manufacturing ecosystem, not just a line, so output compounds as fast as the company scales.
• Be the engine that grows faster than the company itself. Solve problems faster, think bigger, and develop yourself and your team as dynamically as Fluidstack scales around you.

Role Scope

• Manage a bench of plant managers across multiple manufacturing sites, setting the production, quality, and safety bar every plant is held to.
• Own plant logistics end to end, inbound materials, in-plant flow, and outbound shipping, so schedule and cost never turn on a supply gap.
• Work across Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Chain to keep every plant running as designed, catching gaps before they show up in output.
• Set and hold production targets across the fleet, catching a struggling site early enough to fix it before it slips the build calendar.
• Build the manufacturing organization under you, hiring and developing plant managers as fast as new sites come online.

What We're Looking For

• You've managed multiple plant managers or site leaders at once, holding each to the same production and quality bar.
• You've owned plant logistics, inbound materials, in-plant flow, and outbound shipping, not just the production line itself.
• You've worked cross-functionally with manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and program teams to keep multiple plants running as intended.
• You've caught a struggling site early and fixed it before it slipped a build or shipment schedule.
• You write clearly enough to turn a fleet-wide production issue into a decision a CEO or COO can make in one read.
• Bonus: Multi-site manufacturing operations (semiconductor, EV, battery, or industrial equipment). Supply chain and logistics network design. Lean or Six Sigma programs run at scale. P&L ownership across multiple facilities.
