About the Role:
Join ORGANICLEAN as a Commercial Cleaning Technician in Belfast, ME, where you will play a vital role in maintaining pristine environments for our clients. We are committed to delivering eco-friendly cleaning solutions to ensure safe and healthy spaces. If you have a passion for cleanliness and attention to detail, we want you on our team! This is a 40-hour-a-week position.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, retail locations, and facilities.
• Utilize eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Sanitize restrooms and kitchens to ensure all areas comply with health regulations.
• Inspect and restock cleaning supplies as needed to maintain inventory.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete cleaning assignments efficiently.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, with a focus on eco-friendly options.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
