Clinical Trial Manager

Managing the operational execution of clinical studies, the full-time Clinical Trial Manager will oversee clinical programs from initial study synopsis to final deliverables, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely execution both onsite and in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Support the operational execution of clinical studies, including budget development, timelines, and resource management Oversee cross-functional study team members to ensure studies are conducted within approved budgets and timelines Lead vendor identification and management, ensuring data integrity and compliance throughout the clinical trial process Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of clinical research experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, including at least 1 year as a Clinical Trial Manager Demonstrated experience in managing phase 1-4 clinical trials and vendor selection Subject matter expertise in US and Global Regulations and Guidance (SOPs, ICH-GCP, FDA-CFR) Proven ability in data collection, monitoring, cleaning, and analysis throughout clinical development Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated leadership attributes
