We are looking for a dependable, responsible, and trustworthy person to help oversee the daily operations of our established gift shop.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising employees and helping customers.
• Keeping the store organized and running smoothly.
• Assisting with inventory, merchandise, and daily operations.
• Opening and closing the store as needed.
• Handling everyday situations independently when the owner is away.

Requirements:

• Retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Flexible schedule, approximately 40 hours per week, with occasional additional hours as needed.

Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience. Weekly compensation may be discussed with the right candidate. Overtime handled in accordance with applicable law.
