Facilities Maintenance Technician

Description Part-Time | 20-25 Hrs/Wk | Weekday Daytime Schedule O'Brien Dental Lab is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our building and manufacturing equipment operating safely and efficiently. This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys working independently to troubleshoot, repair equipment, and tackle a variety of maintenance projects. Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday during the initial training period. Flexibility to establish a different 3 days/wk schedule after the first few months of work. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and handyman work Complete basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor remodeling projects Identify maintenance needs and order parts and supplies Maintain maintenance records and a clean, safe work environment Assist with seasonal maintenance, including snow and ice treatment Why Join O'Brien? Requirements 3+ years of experience maintaining building structures and systems. 3+ years of experience maintaining and repairing machinery. General skills in plumbing, carpentry, machine repair, and preventive maintenance.
