Overview Work Location: Chelmsford, Massachusetts, United States of America. Hours: 40. Pay Details: $23.25 - $30.75 USD. Responsibilities Act as a subject‑matter expert in the store for customers and colleagues regarding all products, services, policies, and procedures of TD, especially personal and business banking. Make product recommendations based on customer needs and highlight product features and benefits that support customers through challenging times and life events. Establish and nurture customer relationships by consistently displaying product knowledge and actively listening to customer needs. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to proactively assess customers, identify solutions, and lead outbound sales activities. Evaluate issues, errors, and problems based on practices and existing procedures, independently resolve customer problems, and escalate when necessary. Engage in conversations with customers about loan products, facilitate the application intake, and maintain an active registration status with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Perform teller transactions (check cashing, deposits, transfers, withdrawals) while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to operational policies. Participate in customer outreach, servicing, and advice activities to deliver on the brand promise of an unexpectedly human experience. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required; 2‑year college degree preferred. 2+ years of related experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity; teller experience preferred. Cross‑trained to take customer transactions upon hire. Strong customer service, organization, communication, problem‑solving, scheduling, and independent work skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Active registration with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) as a Mortgage Loan Originator. Notary license preferred.
