Director, IA Compliance & Disclosures Lead (Hybrid)

Osaic is seeking a Director of IA Compliance Platform Administration, Disclosures & Regulatory Filings to lead the RIA Compliance team. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in securities industry compliance, with oversight of disclosures and regulatory filings across broker-dealer and investment advisory channels.

The position is hybrid, with a requirement to work from hubs nationwide and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives. A JD and Series licenses are preferred.
