Job Title Civil Engineer Job Description Join a dynamic team dedicated to performing civil design tasks for various projects. You will be responsible for roadway geometrics, grading, and drainage systems, and will play a crucial role in preparing plans, drawings, and technical documents using AutoCAD. Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to develop design solutions and assist with site design, utility layouts, and stormwater management plans. Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and permitting agencies as needed, supporting both private development and municipal infrastructure projects. Responsibilities Perform civil design tasks for roadway geometrics, grading, and drainage systems. Prepare plans, drawings, and technical documents using AutoCAD. Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers on design development. Assist with site design, utility layouts, and stormwater management plans. Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and permitting agencies. Support both private development and municipal infrastructure projects. Essential Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD. Experience in site development and civil design. Understanding of roadway design, grading, and drainage fundamentals. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 1+ year of experience in Civil Design. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Civil 3D is a plus but not required; training is available. Engineer in Training (EIT) certification. Work Environment Work in a vibrant office located in Industry City, Brooklyn. This is a 100% design role with a typical work schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $75,000 – $100,000 per year.
