What You’ll Do

• Qualify prospects
• Build trust over the phone
• Position appointments for senior directors
• Maintain disciplined follow-up

You are the first step in a two-stage closing process. Quality matters.

Compensation

• $33,600 Annual base salary
• Tiered commission structure
• Uncapped earning potential

Average first-year reps: $60,000–$85,000
Top performers: $120,000–$150,000+

Advancement is based on performance — not tenure.
