Accountabilities:

The Data Analyst, GTM Analytics will be responsible for building scalable analytics solutions, delivering insights, and partnering with business stakeholders to improve visibility and decision-making throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Develop trusted analytics solutions by collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams across the full lead-to-revenue journey.
• Build scalable dashboards, analytical models, and reporting solutions that improve business visibility and operational performance.
• Analyze customer, revenue, and product data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across pre-sales, sales cycles, renewals, support, and customer success activities.
• Translate analytical findings into clear data stories that support executive insights, business reviews, and cross-functional strategic decisions.
• Partner with data engineering teams to validate data quality, troubleshoot reporting issues, and enhance analytics reliability.
• Support analytics adoption by defining success metrics, measuring business impact, and enabling self-service reporting capabilities.
• Continuously improve analytical processes by leveraging modern tools, automation, and AI-assisted analytics approaches.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with business acumen and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• 5+ years of experience delivering business analytics solutions, including at least 2 years in go-to-market, revenue operations, or product analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience analyzing large datasets in cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience building analytical models, dashboards, and reports using business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Proficiency with Python or R for data preparation, analysis, and interpretation.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and consumption-based business metrics, customer lifecycle analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and impactful analytics solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings clearly and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on turning data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience using AI-assisted analytics or productivity tools to improve workflows is preferred.
