Role Overview As an Assistant Service Center Manager , you will support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team dedicated to providing exceptional vehicle maintenance and customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and car services, training and supervising hourly staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, and building customer loyalty through excellent service. You will oversee daily operations, develop work schedules, assist with inventory management, conduct store audits, and maintain a safe, organized environment by following safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills At least 1 year supervisory experience, preferably in a retail or service setting. Strong customer service mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Utilize KPI data for performance monitoring. Demonstrate sound judgment under pressure. High School diploma or equivalent. Fluent English skills.
