OPEN INTERVIEWSWe will be holding Open Interviews THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2026 between 10:00am - 2:00pm SEASONAL PRODUCTION WORKERLakewood, WA | Seasonal | $18/hourStart Date: September 14, 2026 ABOUT THE POSITIONThe Seasonal Production Worker is responsible for packaging individual gum packets into boxes in a production environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products are packaged accurately, efficiently, and meet quality standards before shipment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Package individual gum packets into designated boxes according to company standardsEnsure correct counts, alignment, and packaging quality for all boxed productsInspect packaged items for defects or inconsistenciesMaintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shiftFollow all safety, quality, and production guidelinesWork efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlinesOther duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice POSITION REQUIREMENTSRequired Competencies:Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent attention to detailDependable and punctual with a strong work ethicGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentPhysical Demands:Standing for extended periods of timeRepetitive hand and arm movementsLight to moderate lifting of packaged boxes as neededExposure to a production environment that may be fast-paced and moderately noisyAbility to lift at least 20 pounds
