A successful Plumbing Project Manager should have: proven experience managing plumbing projects in the construction industry. Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and installation processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
