Job Title Sr Associate Location Remote — can work from anywhere in the United States during business hours. Duration 1 year Essential Experience & Skills 2+ years of experience in a support/administrative role related to supplier governance Strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and SmartSheets (ownership, maintenance, modifications, access controls) Experienced in taking detailed meeting minutes and facilitating meetings Quick‑paced environment with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication Effective communication within the department and problem‑solving mindset High attention to detail and reporting accuracy while focusing on overall problem/solution Completes projects and makes decisions with minimal direction; strong prioritization and time‑management Tolerance of ambiguous situations Strong project management skills and leads projects as required Provides analysis and recommendations to support decisions by team management Basic Qualifications Master’s degree Or Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of supplier governance experience Or Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience Or High school diploma/GED and 6 years of experience Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Support oversight of suppliers through: Reviewing newly qualified suppliers for accuracy and consistency across RDSG tools/systems Facilitating supplier governance meetings as needed Supporting Governance Leads with scheduling meetings and taking minutes as needed Support identification and implementation of best practices from client’s functions and therapeutics areas Contribute to departmental and cross‑functional initiatives and special projects as identified by management or business needs Manage and maintain RDSG tools including SmartSheets, Teams sites, SharePoints, and Power Apps Strong IT skills for tools and system maintenance Fulfilling onboarding/offboarding requests of FSP users as part of the Business Support team #J-18808-Ljbffr Spectraforce Technologies
