In this full-time position, you will serve as our top sales performer and an essential key carrier, taking full charge of leading the store and staff in the absence of the General Manager. Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance as the location’s top performer by greeting customers, listening to their needs, and providing expert product recommendations to maximize conversions.

• Lead the store and team when the General Manager is not present, ensuring smooth daily operations, clear communication, and a sales-focused work environment.

• Execute opening and closing procedures as a designated key carrier, assuming full responsibility for securing the retail premises and managing cash deposits.

• Train and develop associates on advanced retail sales techniques, core product knowledge, customer service standards, and point-of-sale system usage.

• Maintain immaculate storefront standards by keeping the sales floor, counters, and displays organized, well-stocked, and aligned with company merchandise presentation guidelines.

• Manage product inventory flow by efficiently checking in shipments, organizing stock areas, and conducting routine cycle counts.

• Build strong customer relationships through friendly, professional interactions and proactive follow-ups to encourage repeat business and patient satisfaction.

• Collaborate with store management to implement strategic company initiatives, fulfill administrative store tasks, and identify new opportunities to improve daily operations.

• Safely operate a company-owned van to deliver retail products directly to customers' homes or businesses.

• Oversee the accurate loading and unloading of merchandise from the store into the company vehicle, ensuring items are secured safely for transit.

Experience

• Required education background consisting of a High School Diploma or an equivalent certification like a GED.

• Proven retail or customer service experience with a heavy focus on sales performance, customer conversion, and exceeding store goals.

• Demonstrated leadership ability to instruct, influence, and train other team members effectively.

• Solid mathematical skills for processing point-of-sale transactions, balancing registers, and handling daily bank deposits.

• Physical capacity to stand and walk for extended retail shifts, alongside the ability to lift medical equipment and supplies up to 40 lbs.

Basic Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Must possess a valid, active California Driver’s License .

• Must maintain a clean driving record to meet company insurance compliance for operating corporate vehicles.
