Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) position in Detroit, Michigan. This role involves assessing, planning, and directly providing clinical care to patients on a per-shift basis within a telemetry unit. The nurse will supervise staff assignments, ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, and support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining clinical competency and resource management.

Job Details:

• Location: Detroit, Michigan
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • Certifications: RN licensure in the state of Michigan
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Experience: 1 year of telemetry nursing experience or equivalent clinical experience
  • Location Requirements: Must be willing to work in Detroit, MI
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience supervising nursing staff
  • Additional certifications such as AHA BLS and ACLS
• Additional Information:
  • The Telemetry Registered Nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and implementation of clinical procedures.
