Requirements

• Active RN license in the work state
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent specialty experience.
• Current BLS; ACLS preferred for critical-care roles; specialty-specific certifications as required; strong clinical references.
• Must be comfortable with per-diem scheduling, short-notice shift availability, and weekends/holidays as needed.
• Strong patient-care, documentation, teamwork, and communication skills.
