In-Home Caregiver Responsibilities (Primary function — performed in clients' homes)

• Build genuine relationships with clients through consistent companionship, emotional support, and person-centered care
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Offer medication reminders and coordinate transportation to appointments and errands
• Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior to the supervising administrator
• Other duties as assigned

What We Look for in a Caregiver:

• Two (2) years of caregiving experience (preferred but not required)
• New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current and current auto insurance
• A professional appearance and commitment to promoting a positive work environment
• Ability to pass a background check and meet VA state requirements for hiring
• A true passion for helping others
• A commitment to excellence in care and customer service
• Openness to feedback and personal growth
