Litigation Associate

Overview A highly regarded litigation practice is seeking an associate to join its Miami office. This is a strong opportunity to become part of a leading South Florida litigation team handling sophisticated civil disputes, with meaningful responsibility and exposure to high-quality work from an early stage. Key Responsibilities Handle a broad range of civil litigation matters from initial pleadings through resolution. Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other court submissions. Participate in discovery, including document review and strategy development. Support hearings, depositions, and broader case preparation. Work closely with partners and colleagues on complex litigation matters. Who You Are 3–5 years of civil litigation experience gained in a law firm environment. Strong academic credentials with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Confident advocate with a detail-oriented and organised approach to practice. Collaborative, professional, and client-focused. Member of the Florida Bar (required).
