Travel Physical Therapist - $1,957 per week

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an immediate opening in Griffin, Georgia. Job Overview Specialty: Physical Therapy Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 40 Shift: 8-hour days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and execute plans of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). Bill within the setting, following facility guidelines. Understand the PT board’s rules and regulations and comply within the state. Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team‑focused plans of care. Use adaptive equipment. Evaluate and create plans of care, modifying them as indicated based on patient conditions. Use Medical Center computer systems for daily tasks. Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience (1 year preferred); new graduates encouraged to apply. State‑specific licensure for Physical Therapy. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods; solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Additional certifications may be required before assignment.
