The ideal candidate for this position must have a passion for photography in the home fashion industry. Must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume, energetic environment. You must be a self-starter, strong communicator, detail oriented and calm under pressure. The candidate must have a positive attitude and the ability to accommodate additions to the schedule and changes in direction. Responsibilities Execute expert lighting setups for full-room scene studio sets for furniture retail photography, ensuring products are presented in the best possible light. Collaborate closely with designers and the art director to develop realistic and visually compelling room environments that highlight furniture pieces while maintaining a natural and inviting ambiance. Produce high-quality imagery optimized for multiple platforms, including print, digital media, and advertising campaigns. Utilize Capture One and Photoshop to manage image capture, editing, color correction, and post-production to meet brand standards. Apply a strong eye for detail and a refined artistic sensibility to maintain consistency and the visual quality of all imagery. Adapt to creative direction and feedback, working flexibly with the team to implement adjustments and ensure creative goals are met on set. Maintain technical proficiency and stay current with lighting and photography techniques relevant to the furniture retail industry. Qualifications High school diploma. 5+ years of experience as a photographer in the home fashion industry. Knowledge of photography processes and workflows. Knowledge of cameras and lighting for still photography.
