Summer 2027 Accounting Intern

Job Description Hendrickson is searching for an Accounting Intern for the Summer of 2027 at our Truck Divisional Headquarters in Woodridge, IL. This individual will:

- Accounts Payable - Assist with processing incoming supplier invoices, coding, & entering.
- Accounts Receivable - Assist with daily customer invoicing & cash application.
- Fixed Asset Physical Inventory - Assist with on-going physical inventory of the fixed assets.
- Update federal ID numbers, remittance addresses, and tax classifications in the Customer & Supplier Master.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Enrolled student working towards a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
- Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and strong planning skills.
- Ability to meet and communicate with employees in a one on one and group setting.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is a must.
- Effective verbal and written skills mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills required.
- Attention to Detail.
- Analytical & Mathematical.
