We’re looking for a Dorm Recreation Supervisor to bring energy, creativity, and structure to our dorm life!What You’ll Do:Supervise and manage recreation spaces (game rooms, lounges, fitness areas)Plan and lead recreational activities, tournaments, and social eventsPromote a safe, respectful, and welcoming atmosphere for all residentsMonitor equipment and ensure proper usage and maintenanceCollaborate with center’s leadership staff and other campus staff to support student wellnessWhat We’re Looking For:Strong interpersonal and leadership skillsExperience in recreation, student life, or event planning (preferred)Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasksCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)A positive attitude and a passion for student engagement!QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited school preferred. A minimum three years of experience in recreation management/physical education and a substantial experience working with youth. Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet Company insurability requirements.Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching.
