Certified Shift Manager

This job posting is for a Shift Manager position at a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. The Shift Manager is responsible for leading shifts, ensuring great quality, service, and cleanliness, and providing leadership to crew and other managers. Responsibilities may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. Key responsibilities include: Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Requirements include previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment, and a flexible schedule.
