What You'll Do

• Provide patient care in a busy Cath Lab environment, including complex cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures
• Circulate, scrub, and monitor during procedures such as coronary artery interventions, TAVR, MitraClip, and more
• Administer vasoactive drugs, sedation, and critical patient assessments
• Support the team with sterile technique and advanced hemodynamic management
• Float between Willis Knighton Pierremont and Bossier facilities, supporting high-acuity cases and back-up at WKMC North
• Participate in orientation and on-the-job training, including up to one week of precepting
• Coordinate with charge RNs and operate advanced imaging and monitoring equipment

What You Need

• Current RN license with BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Valid driver's license for facility floatability
• Minimum of 3 years RN experience, with specific experience in Cath Lab settings (prefer recent)
• Ability to perform multiple functions: circulating, scrubbing, and monitoring
• Strong skills in sterile technique, vasoactive medication, and advanced cardiology procedures
• Willingness to work rotating call, including overnight shifts and every 3rd weekend

You will support a high-volume, complex cath lab environment performing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. Floating between facilities, you'll be part of a dedicated team working on cutting-edge cardiac interventions such as TAVR, structural heart treatments, and chronic total occlusion cases.
