Specializing in corporate events, social celebrations, weddings, and large-scale buyouts, RMD Events combines strategic sales expertise with detailed event servicing to support each venue's unique goals, strengthen client relationships, and create exceptional event experiences. The department serves as an extension of each venue's team, delivering consistent processes, personalized service, and thoughtful execution across the portfolio. POSITION SUMMARY The Event Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of private events across the RMD Events portfolio. This role independently manages smaller events and large party bookings of up to 50 guests while providing administrative and event support for Senior Event Service Managers on larger events. Working closely with Event Sales Managers, Senior Event Service Managers, venue leadership, and operations teams, the Event Coordinator helps ensure a seamless client experience from contract through event execution. Success in this role is measured by organization, attention to detail, client satisfaction, operational accuracy, and the ability to support multiple events simultaneously. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage contracted large parties and private events of up to 50 guests from handoff through post-event follow-up. Assist Senior Event Service Managers with events of 51+ guests by coordinating logistics , documentation, and client communications. Prepare and maintain event documentation including BEOs, timelines, room diagrams, signage, and final event details. Coordinate event logistics with venue teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful execution. #J-18808-Ljbffr
