Certifications must be included in profile/at submission! Traveler must have their own transportation for this need! This is a rural area with no public transport. "Local" travelers - who reside within 50 miles of facility, will not be considered for this need, but are welcome to apply for a perm position. Thank you! Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload will not be approved!! No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better). Must have experience with all ages of patient population (newborn to geriatric). Dress code: Personal scrubs of any color. Minimum 2 years current Phlebotomy experience - Required. ASCP/PBT Phlebotomy Certification or equivalent - Required (NCCT is not accepted). Confirmed with client - AHA BLS is required for this need. EPIC experience - Required. Travel experience - Highly preferred. Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need. Perm address must be included in profile. Any/All RTO must be included in profile. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Facility will not approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer.
