Shift: 12 hour day shift.

Join our Suburban Nursing Team as a Critical Care (ICU) Registered Nurse and become part of world-renowned Johns Hopkins Health System!

Unit info:

• Intensive Care Unit (24-bed trauma, cardiothoracic, complex medical surgical ICU)

Minimum education and experience:

• Licensure as a registered nurse in Maryland (or other nurse licensure compact state)
• Graduation from an accredited program for registered nurses
• Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) required.
• Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months RN acute care ICU experience. Preferred, 1-year plus ICU hospital experience or more.
• Ability to response/care for patients requiring level 1 and level 2 critical care setting preferred.
• Ability to respond/care for urgent strokes and STEMI preferred.
• Code blue and rapid response team experience preferred.

Applicants with an associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 4 years of hire.

Salary range: minimum 43.25/hour - maximum 67.04/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
