What started from scratch has grown into a team of ~nine insurance professionals serving individuals, families, and small businesses across North Carolina and South Carolina. Here, youll work in a low-key office where flexibility and a comfortable workday matter. Your role will focus on serving current clients, following up with leads, and providing insurance quotes across a range of products. Employees appreciate the flexible time off and the shorter Wednesday schedule, with the office closing at 1:00 PM.

As an Insurance Sales/Service Representative , youll support clients while helping generate new business through lead follow-up and quoting. Youll work from the Kings Mountain office with your own desk and computer while representing competitive insurance companies in the area. The role offers a straightforward environment without quotas or strict procedures, giving you room to manage your work and serve clients effectively.

• Base pay: $12 to $19 per hour based on experience
• Monday through Friday with a 1:00 PM Wednesday close

Requirements

• Active North Carolina Property and Casualty license.
• Active South Carolina Property and Casualty license.
• Strong phone communication skills.
