Job Details

Handle all phases of medical malpractice defense litigation, including case evaluation, strategy development, and trial preparation Manage an active caseload involving physicians, hospitals, and healthcare systems Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and discovery Take and defend fact and expert depositions, including medical experts Attend hearings, mediations, and trials across Georgia Analyze medical records and work with expert witnesses to develop defense strategies Communicate directly with clients, insurers, and healthcare professionals to provide case updates and risk assessments Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on high-exposure matters
