What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Technician at Dale's Heat and Air, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers’ comfort and satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues to provide effective solutions.
- Performing routine inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently.
- Communicating clearly with customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs.
- Keeping accurate records of work performed and materials used.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who have:
- At least 1 year of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair.
- A strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
