Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role:North Point Prep in Alpharetta, GA is looking for a warm, nurturing Infant and One Year Old Toddler Teacher to join our dedicated early childhood team! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impact during the most formative years of a child's life in a supportive and caring environment.Responsibilities:Provide attentive, loving daily care for infants and one-year-old toddlers in a safe classroom environmentImplement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans that support early childhood developmentMonitor and document each child's developmental milestones and daily progressMaintain open, consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's dayEnsure classroom cleanliness, safety, and compliance with childcare health standardsFollow proper diapering, feeding, and nap-time routines for infants and toddlersCollaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a positive, enriching learning environmentRequirements:Previous experience working with infants and/or toddlers in a licensed childcare or early education settingKnowledge of infant and toddler developmental stages and best practicesCDA credential, early childhood education coursework, or equivalent experience preferredCurrent CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Ability to pass a background check in accordance with Georgia childcare licensing requirementsPatient, compassionate, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for working with young childrenStrong communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with familiesAbout Us:Child Care Management Inc, operating as North Point Prep, has been a trusted name in quality early childhood education in the Alpharetta, GA community.
