Principal Attorney

As a Principal Attorney, Process Automation at Honeywell, you will serve as a senior legal advisor to the Process Automation business, managing a portfolio of complex commercial transactions across the oil and gas, chemicals, mining, pulp and paper, and power industries. You will negotiate and draft technology agreements and service agreements, while advising leadership on regulatory and policy compliance, and emerging technology risks.Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, Process Automation, this role is based in Houston, TX, with a hybrid work schedule supporting the US East region.Honeywell Technologies is a global, pure-play automation company with a legacy of innovating to help solve the world’s most mission-critical challenges, enhancing the quality of life for people and communities around the world.
