Field Sales Representative

Sales Representative Location: 16 Progress Ave, Chelmsford, Massachusetts 01824 Responsibilities Serve as the face of TruGreen, engaging homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn‑care solutions. Engage with new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism and enthusiasm. Customize sales messaging to match each household’s lawn‑care needs. Turn prospects into signed customers using a proven sales methodology. Log interactions and track performance in a CRM. Cross‑sell and upsell lawn‑care services. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (PhD in people skills encouraged). Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills. Excellent time‑management and self‑starter mindset. Comfortable using mobile technology. Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English. Must be physically located in the United States while performing the job. Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions.
