Assistant Manager / Training Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Training Manager for our Two Maids Bothell Location. No nights, no weekends, and no holidays!

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
  • Recruiting and onboarding of new employees
  • Training of new employees
  • Quality control
  • Employee performance review
  • Employee retention and experience
  • Scheduling
  • Customer service
Assistant Manager Qualifications:
  • At least 3-4 years of prior experience in the following industries: Restaurant Management, Retail Management, Service business
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
  • Have a vehicle that will be driven to customers' homes, a valid driver's license, and car insurance (minimum liability)
  • Have a good work ethic and enjoy talking to people
  • High school diploma or GE
  • Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
