Meta Sales Specialist

Job Type: Regular Location: Best Buy 475 - Brick, NJ 08723 Pay: $23 per hour Schedule: 20 hours Friday to Sunday (Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm). Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days. About the Role In this exciting role, you'll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Meta products to meet their unique needs. You'll be the go-to person for customers seeking information on Meta’s products, ensuring they have an interactive, informative, and prosperous shopping experience. Building relationships within a retail environment and having a technology‑first mindset are key as you will train retail associates on new AI apps and tools. Our team fully provides all technology training. Responsibilities Engage customers and demonstrate Meta's AR/VR headsets, accessories, and more. Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the perfect Meta product. Represent Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's success. Maintain Meta displays clean, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring the latest devices and promotions are showcased effectively. Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports with ease using a mobile device. Adapt to local retail store environments, respecting established hierarchies and adhering to all operational policies while representing 2020 Companies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing. Interest in AV and VR products is a plus. Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment. Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts. Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25. Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation. Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
