Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Clinical Pharmacist position is available for an evening shift in Tulsa, OK. This role offers the opportunity to enhance patient care in a comprehensive hospital setting that includes specialized centers such as burn care, women’s health, rehabilitation, cancer treatment, and cardiac services.
Schedule:
- 10-hour evening shifts
- Hours: 1400 to 2230
Responsibilities include optimizing pharmaceutical care through safe and cost-effective drug dispensing, managing IV admixture programs, and providing drug information. The pharmacist will operate under pharmacy leadership and supervise pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff to deliver high-quality healthcare services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
- Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire, mandatory before providing patient care
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required for Code Blue attendance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Minimum of 1 year inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
