Job Description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Full-Time, On-Site, Pharmacy Distribution Associate in Everett, WA!

Join a leading pharmaceutical and healthcare supply chain organization supporting a high-volume Central Fill Pharmacy operation in Everett, WA. This role focuses on preparing patient prescriptions for shipment to retail pharmacy locations.

This is a fast-paced, production-focused pharmacy operations role with no patient interaction, phone calls, or insurance processing. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and be comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and patient privacy.

Employees in this role support automated pharmacy operations by packing, sorting, receiving, and shipping prescriptions while following all safety, HIPAA, and pharmacy procedures.

Pharmacy Distribution Associate Compensation

The pay for this position is $20.95/hr
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Pharmacy Distribution Associate Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
The required availability for this position is Sunday 7am - 3:30p, Monday - Wed 1p - 9:30p, Friday 1p - 9:30p,

Pharmacy Distribution Associate Responsibilities

· Process prescription orders for shipment

Fold and pack paperwork with prescriptions for shipping
Sort completed orders by store location
Place orders into totes for shipment
Load products into trucks
Maintain consistent workflow to meet daily production goals
Follow company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Identify and escalate issues to management when needed
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Pharmacy Distribution Associate Requirements

· Washington State Pharmacy Assistant Certification/License Required

- Candidates may apply for the license after receiving a job offer

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

· Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy

· Ability to work independently and within a team setting

· Reliable attendance and transportation required
