The Opportunity We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience who excels at strategic problem-solving and preventive lawyering. You will: Develop cost-conscious litigation strategies prioritizing resolution and delivering efficient trial advocacy when needed. Draft pleadings, dispositive and procedural motions, and conduct/defend depositions. Manage discovery, case calendars, and client communications from intake through verdict or settlement. Collaborate with teammates to refine checklists and training materials that advance our preventive approach. What You’ll Bring 0-3 years of hands-on civil-litigation experience (hearings, trials, depositions, motion practice). Superior analytical, research, writing, and client-communication skills. Familiarity with California and, ideally, Central Valley court rules and procedures. Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active membership in the State Bar of California.
