In this role, you will be responsible for:

• The Legal Co Op will participate in various areas within the in-house legal department, including Ethics & Compliance, Employment Law, and Litigation
• Your experience will be unique based on the business needs and your career interests
• The legal co-op will be exposed to a broad array of hands-on opportunities in the areas such as risk assessments, internal investigations, employment/labor, commercial contracts, litigation/disputes, facilities/leases, intellectual property, NDAs, regulatory audits, contract negotiations, legal training, import/export matters, ethics & compliance, and/or other areas to meet business needs.

Textron's compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is

$23 - $26 per hour.
