We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Layout Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with plumbing layout and field installation, along with proficiency using Trimble layout equipment and related technology.
Responsibilities- Perform accurate plumbing layout and field measurements for multi family projects.
- Use Trimble equipment to establish points, elevations, sleeves, penetrations, and plumbing locations.
- Coordinate plumbing layouts with other trades to identify and resolve potential conflicts.
- Verify field conditions and communicate discrepancies to project management.
- Maintain accurate layout documentation and as-built information.
- Work closely with plumbers, foremen and other construction personnel.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Previous experience with plumbing layouts in new construction.
- Experience operating Trimble equipment , including robotic total stations or other Trimble layout technology.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, elevations, and construction layout practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in the field.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a construction team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
