Location: On-site, Euclid, OH, 44117 Pay: $22/hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM (flexibility with start and end times) Length: Contract position for up to 6 months

Must Haves:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office support, administrative, or HR support role
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Experience using HRIS systems, preferably SuccessFactors
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
• Basic proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably SuccessFactors
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Comfortable contacting employees for claims-related information

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior HR support experience
• Familiarity with leave management processes
• Experience supporting HR or benefits teams
• Additional certifications related to HR or data management

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education a plus
• At least 1 year of relevant office or HR support experience

Other Requirements:

• Onsite presence in Euclid
• Background and drug screening required
• Flexibility within working hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday) with potential for flexible start times and reduced hours
• Up to 6 months duration, with potential extension
