ADV Retail Associate - Inventory Starting Wage: $19.00 - $21.00 Part Time: Ability to work varied, traditional and non‑traditional flexible hours. WIS Retail Associate – What You will Do Count and record inventory with precision. Follow a clear, consistent workflow. Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals and work toward productivity‑based wage increases. Team Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver or warehouse work is preferred. No inventory experience is required; training will be provided. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts. Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools. Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands and wrists repeatedly, frequently be in low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and travel by car or plane, including occasional overnight stays.
