Our services include roofing, gutters, siding, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, remediation, kitchen and bath renovations, and general property maintenance services. Responsibilities Assess property damage and determine appropriate remediation solutions Develop repair and remediation plans based on project scope Coordinate with project managers, tenants, homeowners, and clients as needed Schedule and oversee crews or subcontractors when applicable Maintain project timelines, communication, and quality standards Follow remediation safety standards and industry best practices at all times Submit progress updates, photos, and final documentation through the portal system Requirements Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of remediation or property repair experience Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided) Strong understanding of remediation procedures and safety practices Ability to work independently and manage active projects Strong communication and organizational skills Must own tools and reliable transportation Comfortable using online portal systems for work order updates and communication Must currently reside and operate within the United States What We Offer Flexible scheduling with self-managed workload Ongoing remediation and repair opportunities Fast payment processing after work verification Direct work assignments with no lead-generation fees or subscription costs Local projects within your preferred service area We are currently onboarding a limited number of qualified contractors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
