Registered Nurse Staff Development Coordinator (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing training programs to ensure our staff are equipped to provide exceptional patient care. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement staff development programs, including in-service training, workshops, and online resources
- Identify learning needs and develop training plans to address gaps in knowledge and skills
- Collaborate with nursing staff to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our diverse patient population
- Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and promote professional growth
- Conduct evaluations of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of staff training and development activities
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license in the state of Nevada
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ year of experience in staff development or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methods
