Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Public Relations Associate to join our team and contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive public relations strategies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our company’s public image and fostering strong relationships with media outlets, stakeholders, and the wider community.

Responsibilities:

Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to promote company initiatives and events.
Coordinate and manage media relations, including responding to inquiries and arranging interviews.
Monitor and analyze media coverage to inform PR strategies and identify opportunities for positive exposure.
Assist in planning and executing public relations campaigns and events that align with business objectives.
Support crisis communication efforts with timely and accurate messaging.

Qualifications

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or media relations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to craft compelling press materials and storytelling content.
