An established skilled nursing facility in Bulloch County, GA, is seeking a skilled Director of Nursing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing department, ensuring alignment with organization goals and values.
• Clinical Operations: Oversee the provision of skilled nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, and medication management.
• Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional patient care and continuous quality improvement.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid requirements.
• Patient Care: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Requirements:
