We are hiring for multiple locations in major U.S. cities due to client growth and demand.
Join a team where your external audit foundation opens doors to a variety of Fortune 1000 client projects—far beyond traditional external audit. You'll get to choose the work that excites you most, such as:
- Financial restatements and technical accounting support
- IPO readiness and SEC reporting
- M&A integration and purchase accounting
- Interim FP&A, Controller, Accounting Manager, and other leadership roles
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- System integration, process improvement, and automation initiatives
- Month-end close and consolidation support
This is real project-based work—no endless busy seasons, no normalizing of 70+hour weeks, and no burnout culture.
What We're Looking For
- Background: Current or recent Big 4 or large regional CPA firm (external audit Fortune 1000 company focus)
- Experience: 2–4+ years of external audit experience, including at least two busy seasons at the Senior level
- Client exposure: Public and/or large private companies; SEC/complex reporting experience
- Technical skills: GAAP, FASB, financial audits, SOX/ICFR, advanced Excel
- Drive for personal and professional growth opportunities
- Credentials: CPA license, eligibility, or exam sections passed
- Citizenship: U.S. or Canadian citizen
