Compensation In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. The pay range begins at $16.25 per hour. Job Summary Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. The Omni Experience Ambassador will work within all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. Team Members carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, support the application of club policies and procedures, and uphold integrity, honesty and the member‑first mindset. Responsibilities Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list. Utilize handheld scanner devices (RF) to pick, verify, and document merchandise. Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area and communicate inventory issues or expired items. Coordinate with the club team when restocking or pulling from the reserve area to avoid sales‑floor replenishment. Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity and key performance indicators. Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards aligned with SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, Ship from Club, and other shared services. Securely package orders according to standard operating procedures and maintain a neat, clean, and organized SFC area. Perform general housekeeping duties such as removing trash, cardboard, and handling damaged or spoiled products per standard procedures. Process returns to the club and determine appropriate handling (e.g., through DDR or Membership desk). Maintain all club policies and procedures, including dress code standards. Meet Omni productivity expectations regarding service level agreements, performance metrics, and goals. Perform other duties as assigned and work in other departments when required. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. Qualifications Previous order‑pulling experience preferred. Experience in big‑box or wholesale retail preferred. Experience with RF scanners preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds continuously and occasionally handle heavier items with assistance. Comfortable working on hard surfaces and in a bustling warehouse environment. Capacity to handle temperature extremes when pulling refrigerated orders. Willingness to work in a safety–conscious environment with exposure to cleaning agents as needed. Job Conditions The work requires continuous moving on hard surfaces, bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping. Tasks may involve lifting objects up to 30 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving heavier objects with assistance. Operations occur in a comfortable, loud environment with moving machinery.
