To support a growing digital agency, the full-time Meta Ads Specialist will create and manage ad campaigns across various social platforms, optimizing for maximum ROI while working remotely. Key responsibilities Create and run Meta ads campaigns from start to finish, including ad set creation with differing objectives Execute tests, collect and analyze data to optimize social ad campaigns for better performance Manage client communication and reporting on campaign performance while overseeing the budget for social ads Required qualifications Meta Lead Ads certification (REQUIRED) Meta Conversion Ads certification (REQUIRED) Mastery of Meta pixel implementation (REQUIRED) Experience with Google AdWords (1 year preferred) Proficiency in ad design tools such as Canva or Adobe
